KPD stops a Keene resident for bicycling on Central Square. Resident was afraid he might be hit by a car and had the bicycle on the sidewalk.
KPD issued a warning, after forcing him to identify himself.
Leaving his trial, Sam was stopped by the Keene Police, who were apparently following him out, and arrested for driving with a suspended license. Keene Police Lt Maxfield apparently told Lt. Thomas that Sams license had just recently been suspended. So recently that Sam has not received any notice of his license being suspended. Video [...]
